I felt like I was quickly recognized as part of the “family” by Mark as he immediately checked out my car and fit it into the schedule. He took note of my concerns and pursued options to address the car’s issues without jumping to conclusions about the cause. He ensured I had a loaner car as well. The commitment to integrity when doing the work was evident as well as the likely cost of the work was going to be well over $1000 but the repair turned out to be far less costly.
