I originally called Yeck's with the issue of losing coolant and occasional smoking coming from the engine (I drive a Chevy Sonic). They were polite and professional and got me an appointment the following week. They provided a free loaner vehicle and were able to assess and repair the issue(s) the same day. Over the next few days, I did have a few questions/concerns about the work that was done on my vehicle. In both instances they took my concern seriously and had me bring it in the same day to look at it. Still, they sensed that I wasn't 100% satisfied. Long story short: In the end, they really did go the extra mile and took care of me. They addressed all of my concerns (which did require additional parts and labor on their part) without charging me a penny beyond what I paid originally. They have earned my trust and I would definitely bring my vehicle back in the future. Shout out to Steve, Meghan, and especially Logan who worked with me and communicated with the owner on my behalf. I'd be happy to recommend Yeck's to friends/family.
