I couldn't understand why people gave this family owned business such high ratings. My truck was serviced by them and they promised to have my keys on the passenger seat with my vehicle unlocked and a paper to sign. None of those things were taken care of when I got to Yeck's and I live an hour away. Although there was a huge inconvenience, the company made up for it by replacing the part that was supposedly causing my vehicle problems and even offered to deliver it to me. I wasn't pleased with the fact that the things that were promised weren't taken care of, but what truly matters to me is the fact that they offered compensation like any good business should. Thank you guys so much!!
Hi Michaela, we really messed this up. There aren't words to express how sorry I am that this happened and the inconvenience it caused you. Thank you for giving us a second chance to make things right. Although we weren't able to duplicate the original "Starting & Dying" problem that the vehicle was brought in for, I felt it necessary, at our expense, to replace the crank sensor that we believe was causing the problem. Hopefully this will resolve the issue for you. I would like you to know that I have reviewed this with my staff and have put into motion a system to help prevent something like this from happening again.
