This was my first time going to Yeck’s on a recommendation from a coworker/friend. I have to say I was very pleased with the overall experience and professionalism of everyone. I stopped in on the way home right after going to a dealership where I just felt like they didn’t listen to me and just added me as a number to the list while never looking up from their computer. My first impression was a clean organized shop and the concern of what was wrong when I made the appointment by engaging with me by asking questions on my vehicle. With actual eye contact, Lol. Not experienced very often around here. I went in for what I felt was a transmission issue to be diagnosed and found out that my hunch was completely wrong and they found the problem exactly. They were more than willing to have me do a ride along later to make sure they were covering all my concerns. I was presented with a detailed list of my vehicles issues with recommendations for repairs along with other issues, even small things which I had no idea were wrong. I was amazed that I wasn’t just blown off and told it would be a huge bill for something that didn’t need to be done. A huge relief unlike other places I have dealt with in the area. They did not ever pressure me to have them fix everything or tell me that it needs to be done right now as I have had done to me at dealerships. Thanks for the attention to detail and honesty. I will definitely tell others and come back when needed.
