I’m always leery of taking my vehicles to garages I don’t know and don’t trust. I know my guy, who I work with, and he makes sure my vehicles are taken care of, as I do when I install his computers and surveillance cameras. I asked Grok for the garage with the best reviews overall that was closest to me. Yeck’s Tire and Auto topped the list. I now know why. Trent took my information, booked my appointment, and made me feel at home. The day I arrived, I noticed this is a veteran-owned business. Two family members who graduated from West Point, another who served in the Marine Corps, and others who served in Naval Intelligence had me look sharply at the Sea Bee on the counter. Check. The next thing I noticed was just how CLEAN this garage is. You can eat off the counter. That's clean. At 0730 in the morning, cars were whisked in and out of the garage doors. Then I met Megan. Megan shows a big smile, a welcoming personality, and a lovely presence. She is the real deal. She finished entering my information and then told me that, since my truck might need a couple of days, they offered me a loaner car. Honestly. This is a professional setup. As promised, I received a text later with evidence of what they found: pictures, high-def video, and a summary of at least eighty components they checked for safety. Total transparency. No sooner was I going to text back then Megan’s call rang on my phone. Her lovely voice met my ear as I drew my phone closer. She told me soup-to-nuts about the breakdown of the information I received via text and asked if I had any questions. From start to finish, with Chad ringing me up, I had the most pleasant experience and highly recommend this professional, clean, and welcoming garage to anyone who asks.
