I jumped in my car in my garage and my car was not starting. After a few tries, I finally got it started. I immediately called Yeck's and although it was before operating hours, Mark, the owner, answered and told me to bring it right in. When I arrived, he ran diagnostics on my car and found a defective battery. He said to leave it and they would take care of it. Then he offered to give me a ride to my work. They replaced the battery and I picked it up later in the day. What I want to point out was how they went out of their way to limit my inconvenience and to get me to work. I believe Mark went above and beyond. A true testament to the way he cares for his customers! Thank you Yeck's for taking care of me!
