Yeck's customer service is fabulous! Gave a free loaner for the time they had my vehicle. Called to let me know what the problem was before fixing the problem.

This is the second time I've purchased tires from Yeck's. I was pleased with the price and the assistance. Disappointed I couldn't get a loaner car to use. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

#1 first I was impressed how thorough they checked everything on my van #2 I liked how they explained what needed to be done and when #3 When I picked up the van, they gave me a Thank you card with a gift coupon towards future service #4 I couldn't believe that they actually called me 2 days after the work was done just to check and see if everything was ok and if I had any questions or needed anything to call them. #5 It just made me feel so good and a great peace of mind how they informed me about the condition of my van without pretending it needed work that wasn't really needed. I like how much better I felt after their service. Who does all of this type service these days, and right here near my home? And I greatly appreciate they came to pick up the van. They would have brought it back but I had a ride planned. Thank you very much, I am very pleased.
