Why do I continue to take my vehicle to Yecks after 35 years of doing business with them? Because they do good work! Because their staff is friendly! Because they explain everything they did and alert me to potential problems! Because they don't take advantage of me being a single female who knows absolutely nothing about cars! Because when I took my car in this past week, I asked them to service the vehicle, put new shocks on, check out my wiper solution sprayer and check my brakes. They took care of the 1st 3 items and could have taken advantage of me with the brakes but didn't. They explained the wear level and when I should look at having them replaced in the future. You cannot go wrong taking your vehicle there. Another important bullet point, this is a veteran owned small business!
