Weird things were happening under the hood of our vehicle, so I needed an expert to diagnosis and repair it. So I got an appointment with the best place around, Yeck Tire & Auto. I dropped off the vehicle, they figured it out, Steve discussed the repairs and the next day it was ready for pick up, best it has ever ran.. Completed the requested work. They called to verify, recommend and explain what to expect from the procedures. Satisfied with time required to complete the work. One minor issue on lug nut covers, remedied satisfactorily.

They worked with me every step of the way, kept me informed during the whole process. They even arranged to have my car towed from my driveway to their shop (my husband said the young man was very polite and nice to work with). They know you by name, get you in, in a timely manner, tell you honestly what can be fixed now or leveraged for another time, and they provide a loaner car if needed.
