Here's what I like about Yeck's after my first experience. I actually met the mechanic who was repairing my car, and he explained what he was going to do. Usually it's an office manager that does that. The final bill was actually less than the initial estimate because of a surprise discount. The work was finished on time.

Had a blown plug cylinder that had previously been ‘fixed’ by a different shop with a Helicoil and so was unsure if it could be refixed or if I had to get a new head. Yuecks was able to gain an extra half inch of threading for a new Helicoil sleeve and then used a plug with extra threads to secure. Happy with Yuecks, not happy with Ford.
