As usual great work - thanks! I do have an observation. If I had been paying attention to the coupons in the "February 2012 Braking News" we would have saved $83.86 on the labor billing due to a 15% on "The Love You Labor Sale." I accept the "buyer beware" philosophy and blame only myself. My point is, if that discount was available, why not just charge $475.19 instead of $559.05? Does this mean the labor was inflated by 15%? JC Penney is now advertising the lowest prices w/out coupons, discounts, etc. Does that make them the most economical - ??? I am not dissatisfied. It is just an observation from a satisfied customer. Thanks again!
After talking with Rowland he realized that he misread the Brake Special. The special was only for Free front or rear brake pads or shoes and the labor to install them. We replaced only the rear wheel cylinders and cleaned/adjusted the rear brake shoes. We also pointed out to Rowland that we did indeed give him a 15% ($98.66) "The Love You Labor Sale" discount on the entire invoice (which included several other services, as well). Kind regards, Mark
