Bellevue Auto Repair

My daughter was visiting over the weekend from Minneapolis and noticed a strange noise coming from her Kia's front end. I called Yeck's bright and early Monday morning, my daughter dropped the car off at 9:00AM and it was fixed by lunchtime. She was back home in Minneapolis by 8:30 that evening.

As usual great work - thanks! I do have an observation. If I had been paying attention to the coupons in the "February 2012 Braking News" we would have saved $83.86 on the labor billing due to a 15% on "The Love You Labor Sale." I accept the "buyer beware" philosophy and blame only myself. My point is, if that discount was available, why not just charge $475.19 instead of $559.05? Does this mean the labor was inflated by 15%? JC Penney is now advertising the lowest prices w/out coupons, discounts, etc. Does that make them the most economical - ??? I am not dissatisfied. It is just an observation from a satisfied customer. Thanks again!

When my low tire pressure light would not go off I brought my truck and the problem was quickly diagnosed as being a faultly sensor in the left front tire. As always service as fast and friendly.

Yeck's was great in sending reminders of my appointment and I really appreciated the honest assessment of my car once it was evaluated. They went above and beyond in providing me with a loner car so that they could complete the work the same day without inconveniencing me!

We had our car in to fix the heater switch, while there, the blinker switch failed. Your guy agreed to fix it at no cost and my offer to pay for it anyway were not accepted. I want to do something to make up the discrepancy with your business. I will always bring my cars to you and send everyone I talk to about car repairs to you as well.

Thanks alot for the great work. Steve took a great deal of time to make sure I was well aware of the things that needed repaired and the things that are doing just fine. Thank you for not trying to sell me repairs that were not needed.
