As always, Yeck's does not disappoint. I had made an appointment for servicing to include a loaner for use while the car was being taken care of. Right before the appointment I had just started a new job and was in a panic that I would be late for work (which was all the way across Omaha) or that I wouldn't be back in time before they closed to turn in the loaner. The morning of my appointment I was there promptly at 7 am and had all the paperwork completed in lickety split time and was at work well before 8 am. I was assured I could handle payment and return over the phone if I was unable to pick up my car before 5. As a customer of Yeck's for over 35 years, they have always managed to make me feel as if I was their only customer. Greg, Mark, Matt, Megan, Steve and the rest of the crew, your customer service is top notch and the way you value your customers is the #2 reason why no one else touch's my car. #1 of course Yeck's does top notch work!
