Tire rotation, balance, and alignment was fine but did not lubricate rear bushings as requested. They squeaked when driving out.
Jay - I'm so sorry for dropping the ball - we failed to communicate to you what was actually happening and what we actually did. There are no lube points on the rear of that vehicle so what we tried was spraying the bushings with a silicone spray. Sometimes that will help after the spray works its way into the bushings, but most likely a bushing will have to be replaced to resolve the squeak. This, absolutely, should have been communicated to you and documented in detail. Why we failed to properly communicate this to you was the main talking point of our weekly staff meeting on Tuesday. I will also be calling you shortly to check in with you. Kind regards, Mark
