I would have liked to see the old parts and maybe shown what happened. That's just me I like to learn about whatever I'm doing. Thanks for the discount
Erik - I'm sorry for any miscommunication on our part, but we were under the impression that you knew what happened to the Sequoia. It was towed in to our shop with the right front wheel hanging because both the upper & lower ball joints had broken. Steve thoroughly explained to you what had happened and gave you the cost and a complete description of the repairs needed. Through the entire repair process you never expressed interest about seeing the parts or coming in to review the repair. We love bringing our clients into the shop and going over their repairs with them. When you picked up the vehicle, Kathy asked you if there was anything else we could do for you; again, nothing was said about seeing the parts, which were available for your inspection.
